South Central Texas Alamo Service AreaWhat if I don't have a valid ID?We've still got you covered! It happens! Sometimes we misplace or lose our ID card. Maybe you forgot about renewals, and the only card you have is expired. In Texas, we can offer an alternative notarization option. The solution is to provide a credible identifying witness, who can swear under oath about your identity. This witness should personally know the signer, and they must prove their own identity by providing a valid government-issued ID card. After placing the witness under oath, our notary will attach a special affidavit to your document that satisfies the legal Texas guidelines for the witness and signer ID requirements.
What if the signer is in hospital or rehabilitation center? We have extensive bedside appointment experience with signers who are hospitalized, in a rehabilitation facility, or even at home. Our experience extends to family coordination and witness support. We provide professional and confidential services that you can feel good about, including with sensitive situations. Your signer is treated with dignity, care, and the utmost respect.
